• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, business name and message when you fill in a form, request a demo, or chat with Nuclias.
• Account data — if you create an account: email, password (stored only as a salted hash), plan, and your API key.
• Conversation data — messages exchanged with the AI assistant, so we can answer you and improve the service.
• Usage & device data — pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

• To provide, operate and improve the Nuclias service.
• To respond to enquiries, book demos, and capture leads for you.
• To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in running the business, and the performance of our contract with you as the legal bases for processing.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers that help us run the service, under agreements that protect it:

• Vercel — website and application hosting.
• Google (Gemini API) — powers the AI assistant’s replies.
• Google (Sign‑In) — optional Google login.
• Email providers — to deliver notifications and replies.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
