By accessing our website or using Nuclias, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Branvidia provides Nuclias, an AI assistant and related marketing services. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the service.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You must keep your password and API key confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non‑refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to send spam or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorised access.
• Misrepresent the AI’s output as professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.

Nuclias uses AI to generate responses. While we work to make them accurate and helpful, AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or acting upon it.

Branvidia and Nuclias, including their software, branding and content, are owned by Branvidia. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branvidia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
